One named mineral and a blend of 19 botanical extracts and amino acids.
An essential trace mineral with an established role in normal macronutrient metabolism, including carbohydrates. This is the one ingredient in the formula with a disclosed amount.
Maca Root Extract, African Mango Seed Extract, Gymnema Sylvestre, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Cayenne Pepper Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Guarana, Eleuthero, Astragalus, Forskohlii, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Ginseng, Raspberry Ketones, L-Glutamine, L-Tyrosine, L-Arginine, Beta Alanine, GABA, L-Tryptophan, and L-Carnitine HCl.
Guarana and green tea leaf extract are both caffeine sources. Some marketing language for products like this describes them as "no stimulants" or a formula with "no caffeine-style jolt" — that description doesn't hold up against the ingredient list, and we'd rather correct it than repeat it. This formula is not stimulant-free.
Grapefruit Seed Extract can inhibit an enzyme (CYP3A4) that many medications rely on to be metabolized properly, potentially raising blood levels of those medications. L-Tryptophan is relevant if you take an antidepressant or another medication that affects serotonin. Chromium may affect blood sugar, so dosages of diabetes medicine may need review, and it's also worth flagging if you take medication for a thyroid condition.
GlycoEden uses a proprietary blend beyond its disclosed chromium content; exact per-ingredient amounts for the remaining 19 botanicals are not independently broken out.
Shake well, then take one full dropperful (about 1 mL) once daily, either directly in your mouth or mixed into water, tea, or your usual beverage.
If you are under 18, pregnant, nursing, or taking medication for diabetes, a thyroid condition, or other blood-sugar-affecting medication, consult a licensed healthcare professional before use.
GlycoEden is a dietary supplement, not a medication. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diabetes, prediabetes, or any other disease.
